Continue ShoppingAt IKKATTHE SILKS, we take pride in offering premium, certified handloom-woven masterpieces created with absolute precision by master weavers. Since each saree is dynamically handcrafted and custom-created, all sales are final.
1. General Policy: No Returns
We maintain rigorous quality control, checking every single product for weave completeness, zari quality, and overall finish before it leaves our loom. Because of the delicate nature of handloom silk and the custom labor involved, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind or personal preference.
2. Exception: Damaged or Broken Products
The only exception to our return policy is if you receive a damaged or broken product. If the product package is physically torn or if the saree has severe physical damage upon opening, we will initiate a replacement or return process.
3. How to Report Damage
If you have received a damaged product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at ikkathesilks@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Provide your Order ID, customer details, and a brief description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos and a short opening video of the package (this is highly recommended to verify transit damage).
Once we receive your email and verify the damage, our support team will guide you on the return process and dispatch a fresh replacement piece to you as soon as possible.
