Welcome to Ikkatthe Silks, a premium online platform offering Pure Silk Ikat Patola sarees, dupattas, and dress materials. By accessing or purchasing from our website or WhatsApp chatbot, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Product Authenticity & Quality

  • All our products are made from 100% Pure Mulberry Silk (5-ply and 8-ply).
  • We use premium quality Zari, superior to commonly used market alternatives.
  • Most sarees are woven using Double Warp technique, ensuring better durability and drape.
  • Every saree and product is Silk Mark and Handloom Mark Certified.
  • Ikkatthe Silks is an MSME Udyam Registered company.
  • We run our own looms and do not outsource sarees, ensuring 100% wholesale pricing directly from the source.

2. Product Display & Accuracy

  • The product shown in photos and videos is the exact piece that will be sold and delivered to the customer.
  • Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting conditions, camera settings, or device screens. Such minor differences are not considered defects.

3. Pricing, Payments & Billing

  • All prices mentioned are final and generally reflect wholesale-level pricing as we operate our own looms.
  • 100% advance payment is mandatory before dispatch of any product.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports:
    • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex) – National and International
    • UPI, Wallets and Net Banking (as supported by Razorpay)
  • Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment.
  • A digital invoice will be shared with the customer. A hard copy of the bill can be sent in the parcel if specifically requested at the time of ordering.

4. No Return / No Exchange Policy

  • As we deal in premium handloom silk products with clear images and videos shared before purchase, we follow a strict No Return and No Exchange Policy.
  • Customers are requested to clarify all doubts regarding colour, design, measurements, and weight before confirming the order.
  • Exceptions may be considered only if an entirely wrong product is dispatched, subject to internal verification.

5. Packaging & Gifting

  • Standard secure packaging is provided for all orders to ensure safe delivery.
  • Special gifting or festive packaging is available on request and may attract additional charges, which will be informed to the customer in advance.

6. Order Processing, Dispatch & Shipping

  • Once full payment is received, the order will be processed and dispatched within the timeline communicated to the customer.
  • Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.
  • Shipping charges for international orders will vary based on weight, destination country, and courier service chosen.
  • Ikkatthe Silks is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen logistic issues.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed, as each saree or product is uniquely reserved and blocked for the customer.

8. Store Mode & Walk‑ins

  • Ikkatthe Silks operates as an online-only platform.
  • We do not encourage or permit walk‑in visits, as we do not maintain a physical retail showroom for customers.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • While we take utmost care to ensure product quality and accurate representation, Ikkatthe Silks will not be responsible for:
    • Minor colour differences due to screens or lighting
    • Delays, damage, or loss in transit caused by third-party courier or logistics providers
  • In case of any dispute, our decision after internal review will be final.
